摘　　要：原发性淋巴水肿归因于先天发育性淋巴异常或淋巴系统功能障碍。目前,国内外关于原发性淋巴水肿相关的研究较少,在治疗上主要基于继发性淋巴水肿的临床实践指南,包括保守治疗和外科手术治疗。本文结合近些年的文献,对目前肢体原发性淋巴水肿的外科手术治疗的现状进行总结。Primary lymphedema is attributed to congenital developmental lymphoid abnormalities or dysfunction of the lymphatic system.There is relatively little research on primary lymphedema,and the treatment is mainly based on clinical practice guidelines for secondary lymphedema,including conservative treatment and surgical treatment.In this paper,the current status of surgical treatment for primary lymphedema in the limbs based on recent literature was reviewed.
