摘 要:鉴于直流矿热炉在我国的研发和推广使用如火如荼,为便于选用损耗更低的电路结构和方案,本文首先分析了双反星型与三相桥式整流电路的基本结构,针对两种不同的电路拓扑,详细计算了同样电流下两种整流柜的损耗,以计算结果为依据进行比较分析,获得了一定条件下,双反星型与三相桥式整流电路整流柜各构成单元的损耗在总损耗中的占比大小,进而得出整流柜的损耗受整流额定输出电压影响较小、主要取决于运行电流大小及使用晶闸管数量多少、三相桥式整流电路损耗总体要大于双反星型电路的结论,最终探讨了提高效率的措施.The research,promotion and use of direct current submerged arc furnaces in China are flourishing.In order to facilitate the selection of circuit structures and solutions with lower losses,this article first analyzes the basic structures of double inverse star and three-phase bridge rectifier circuits.For two different circuit topologies,the losses of the two rectifier cabinets under the same current are calculated in detail.Based on the calculation results,a comparative analysis is conducted to obtain the proportion of losses of each component unit of the double inverse star and threephase bridge rectifier cabinets in the total losses under certain conditions.It is concluded that the losses of the rectifier cabinet are less affected by the rated output voltage of the rectifier and mainly depend on the operating current and the number of thyristors used.The losses of the three-phase bridge rectifier circuit are generally greater than those of the double inverse star circuit.Finally,measures to improve efficiency are discussed.
