摘 要:研究了神府地区三种兰炭炉即圆形炉氧化裂解法、方形炉干馏热解法及新工艺高温氧化热解(炭化一体)炉.由于炉型和生产工艺不同,所生产的兰炭样品微观结构和性能差异显著.此外,在硅铁生产中,使用孔隙率高的还原剂可吸附逃逸的SiO气体,促使其在碳质还原剂内冷凝反应,从而降低SiO逃逸率与微硅粉产量.结果表明,焦化过程最佳温度高于800℃,在900~1100℃范围内运行可消除焦炭内部热解碳,确保还原剂对气态SiO具有高反应容量.通过优选原煤和严格控制干馏参数,可生产适用于埋弧炉中硅金属碳热冶炼的高质量碳还原剂,从而提高硅铁冶炼日产量并降低电耗.This article studies three types of semi-coke furnaces in Shenfu area,namely circular furnace oxidation cracking method,square furnace dry distllation pyrolysis method,and new process high-temperature oxidation pyrolysis(carbonization integrated)furnace.Due to differences in furnace type and production process,the microstructure and properties of the produced semi-coke samples vary significantly.In addition,in the production of ferrosilicon,the use of high porosity reductant can adsorb the escaping SiO gas,promoting its condensation reaction in carbonaceous reductant,thereby reducing Si escape rate and micro silicon powder production.The results indicate that the optimal temperature for the coking process is above 800℃,and operating within the range of 900~1100℃can eliminate the pyrolytic carbon inside the coke,ensuring that the reductant has a high reaction capacity for gaseous SiO.By optimizing the raw coal and strictly controlling the dry distllation parameters,high-quality carbon reductant suitable for silicon metal carbon thermal smelting in submerged arc furnaces can be produced,thereby increasing the daily output of ferrosilicon smelting and reducing electricity consumption.
