碳质还原剂性能及对冶炼指标影响的探讨

摘　　要：介绍了碳质还原剂的理化性能,同时阐述了其性能对电炉经济技术指标的影响.对比分析了冶金焦及兰炭对锰硅合金冶炼指标,生产实践表明,冶金焦比较适合锰硅合金的生产,焦炭粒度及质量的好坏会严重影响锰硅合金的冶炼指标,特别是产量和电耗指标.The physical and chemical properties of carbonaceous redueing agents were intoduced,and their impact on the economic and technical indicators of electric furmaces was elaborated.A comparative analysis was conducted on the smelting indicators of ferromanganese-silicon using metallurgical coke and semi-coke.Production practice has shown that metallurgical coke is more suitable for the production of ferromanganese silicon,and the quality and particle size of coke will seriously affect the smelting indicators of ferromanganese-silicon,especially the output and power con-sumption indicators.
