爆炸焊接制备C276/Q345R复合板及其热处理研究

摘  要:开发了爆炸焊接工艺制备C276/Q345R复合板,研究了爆炸焊接和热处理工艺对复合板力学、工艺性能与组织的影响,测试了煤气炉中退火时表面涂层防止C276硫脆的效果。结果表明:装药厚度32 mm时用2号岩石制备的低爆速炸药可以制备结合良好的C276/Q345R复合板,使用0.4 mm退火铜片支撑能够避免C276鼓包现象;热处理能有效改善C276/Q345R复合板性能和组织,热处理制度采用550~650℃退火后空冷或920~1070℃退火后喷雾加速冷却的方式,C276/Q345R复合板可以获得良好的力学与工艺性能,无晶间腐蚀现象,在复层C276表面涂刷镍基合金抗氧化涂料在煤气炉中退火能有效避免硫脆。The processes of explosive welding producing C276/Q345R clad plates are developed,and the infuences of explosive welding and heat treatment process on the mechanical,process properties and microstructures of clad plates are studied,where the effect of preventing C276 sulfur brittleness through surface coating is tested during annea-ling in the gas stove.The results show that the well bonded C276/Q345R clad plates are prepared by 2^(#)low velocity rock ammonium ladder explosive with the 32 mm thickness,and the bulges of C276 layer are avoided by using 0.4 mm annealing copper support;the properties and microstructures of C276/Q345R clad plates are effectively improved by the heat treatment,where the good mechanical and process properties of C276/Q345R plates without intergranular cor-rosion are obtained by annealing at 550~650℃with air cooling or annealed at 920~1070℃with spray cooling,and the C276 sulfur brittleness can effectively avoided by brushing the nickel-based alloy antioxidant coating on the surface during annealing in the gas stove.
