摘 要:冷藏运输船对用于载运和保存货物的冷藏舱的制冷性能有很高要求。为提升冷藏舱的制冷效果,提高能效并节省材料,对冷藏舱内的平台甲板采用新颖的结构形式。在规范结构设计的基础上,通过有限元软件MSC Patran对冷藏舱进行结构建模,并添加相应的载荷校核其结构强度,同时对其进行结构优化,为后续冷藏舱内其他新颖结构形式平台的强度校核和结构优化提供参考。Refrigerated transport ships have high requirements for ensuring good refrigeration performance in refrigerated compartments for transporting and storing goods.In order to improve refrigeration efficiency,enhance energy efficiency,and save materials,a novel structural form is adopted for the platform deck inside the refrigerated compartment.Based on the standardized structural design,the structural modeling,loading,and strength verification of the refrigerated compartment are carried out using MSC Patran finite element software,and corresponding optimization is carried out.This provides reference and inspiration for the strength verification of other novel structural forms in the refrigerated compartment in the future.
