摘  要:为使某工程辅助船配置的中速主柴油机加装选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)装置之后取得国际防止空气污染证书,对其开展在船NOx排放测试。测试结果表明:采用顶推泥滩的船舶负载加载方式可保持测试工况的相对稳定,使船舶主机轴功率达到《船用柴油机氮氧化物排放试验及检验指南(2020)》中A方案要求的轴功率偏差范围;校准之后,用于测试的气体分析仪和燃油流量计可分别满足A方案有关排气成分浓度、氨逃逸和油耗量的测试精度要求;采用的应变式轴功率仪的扩展不确定度小于2%,满足A方案中的排放测试精度要求;额定工况下的发动机实船测试参数在原机技术案卷要求的范围内,发动机技术状态基本符合A方案的要求。主机加装SCR装置之后,各测试工况下的氨逃逸值满足指南中的限值要求,NOx加权比排放符合TireⅡ排放限值要求,能达到交通运输部有关旧船进口的排放要求。In order to obtain the International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate for the installation of a Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)device on the medium speed main diesel engine of a certain engineering auxiliary ship,the in-ship NOx emission testing is conducted.The test results show that using the top push mudflat loading method can maintain the relative stability of the test conditions and meet the shaft power deviation range required by Plan A in the Guidelines for Nitrogen Oxide Emission Testing and Inspection of Marine Diesel Engines(2020);after calibration,the gas analyzer and fuel flow meter used for testing can respectively meet the testing accuracy requirements of Scheme A regarding exhaust component concentration,ammonia escape,and fuel consumption;the extended uncertainty of the strain type shaft power meter used is less than 2%,which meets the accuracy requirements of emission testing in Plan A;the actual ship test parameters of the engine under rated operating conditions are within the range required by the original engine technical file,and the technical status of the engine basically meets the requirements of Plan A.After installing the SCR device on the main engine,the ammonia escape under various test conditions meets the guideline limit requirements,and the NOx weighted ratio emissions meet the Tire II emission limit requirements,which can meet the emission requirements of the Ministry of Transport for the import of old ships.
