摘 要:为提升船员进入机舱通风围阱的便利性,减少人孔盖等设施的拆装工作,确保出入空间宽敞,采用可开网栅、合页、铰链和环形扎扣螺母等相结合的方案,设计一种通风网栅门孔式结构。对该通风网栅的各要素进行阐述,并通过实际案例对其在船上应用的可行性进行分析。结果表明,该新型通风网栅能达到方便船员出入围阱、减少人孔数、方便装焊和提升美观性等目的,相关设计思路可供同类型通风网栅设计参考。In order to simplify the disassembly and assembly of ventilation enclosures for crew entering the engine room,to reduce manhole covers,and to ensure spacious access space,a new type of ventilation grille structure is proposed,which adopts a design scheme that combines openable grille,hinges,and circular buckle nuts to achieve a door hole structure of the ventilation grille.The various elements of the ventilation grid are elaborated and its application on ships through practical cases is analyzed.The results show that the new ventilation grid can achieve the goals of facilitating crew access to the enclosure,reducing the number of manholes,simple installation and welding,and good aesthetics.The relevant design ideas can provide reference for the design of similar types of ventilation grids.
