摘 要:以大型邮轮为背景,研究满足安全返港(Safety Return to Port,SRtP)规则要求的消防栓布置原则。通过分析国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)规范对消防栓的布置要求,结合大型邮轮项目实际应用的消防栓布局方式和SRtP规则的要求,归纳出基于SRtP规则要求的大型邮轮消防栓布置原则。研究表明,通过开展冗余设计、应用耐事故管路和对设备进行合理布置,可实现满足SRtP规则要求的设计方案。研究结论可供大型客船项目中基于SRtP规则要求的消防栓布局设计和评估参考。The principles of fire hydrant layout that meet the requirements of Safety Return to Port(SRtP)regulations for large cruise ships are studied.By analyzing the requirements of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)regulations for the layout of fire hydrants,combined with the actual layout of large cruise ship projects and the requirements of SRTP,the principles for the layout of large cruise ship fire hydrants based on the requirements of SRtP regulations are summarized.Research has shown that through redundant design,the application of accident resistant pipes,and reasonable equipment distribution,design solutions that meet the requirements of SRTP rules can be achieved.The research conclusion can provide reference for the layout design and evaluation of fire hydrants based on the SRtP rule requirements in large passenger ship projects.
