摘　　要：2024年全球油气勘探开发总体上保持平稳发展态势,受能源安全、低碳转型和市场需求等诸多因素的影响,油气勘探开发投资下滑2.5%,油气储量依旧保持增长,石油和天然气储量分别增长0.27%和0.18%。全球油气产量实现双增长,原油产量达45.1×10^(8)t,增幅为0.8%,天然气产量达4.39×10^(12)m^(3),增长1200×10^(8)m^(3),增幅为2.8%;油田技术服务市场规模增长3.0%,但动用钻机数仅增长0.1%。中国油气企业积极践行“大力提升油气勘探开发力度七年行动计划”,勘探开发投资约3900×10^(8)元,与2023年基本持平;新增油气探明储量维持在较高水平,其中新增石油探明地质储量超15×10^(8)t,新增天然气探明地质储量超1.6×10^(12)m^(3);“两深一非”(陆上深层、深海、非常规油气)领域勘探成果丰硕,万米深地科学探索井取得关键技术突破,海域和非常规油气勘探取得标志性成果;油气产量当量连续8年实现千万吨级增长,2024年超过4.1×10^(8)t,其中原油产量为2.13×10^(8)t(海洋原油产量突破6550×10^(4)t,页岩油产量突破500×10^(4)t),增幅为1.9%,天然气产量达2464×10^(8)m^(3),增幅为5.7%,连续8年增产超百亿立方米;深层煤层气和页岩油开发进展显著,成为油气增储上产的重要驱动力。国内外油气勘探开发理论与技术不断拓展深化,智能化趋势凸显,在物探、测井、钻完井等工程技术与装备领域持续创新。中国在多个盆地形成了独特的油气勘探开发理论,有力推动了中国油气行业的高质量发展,在全球油气领域的地位日益提升。未来全球油气行业将在动态变化中持续变革与前行。In 2024,the global oil and gas exploration and development maintained a generally stable development trend.Influenced by numerous factors such as energy security,low-carbon transition,and market demand,investments in oil and gas exploration and development declined by 2.5%.However,oil and gas reserves continued to grow,with increases of 0.27%and 0.18%in oil and natural gas reserves,respectively.Global oil and gas production achieved dual growth,with crude oil production reaching 45.1×10^(8) tons,an increase of 0.8%,and natural gas production reaching 4.39×10^(12) m^(3),an increase of 1,200×10^(8) m^(3) or 2.8%.The market size of oilfield technical services grew by 3.0%,while the number of drilling rigs in use increased by only 0.1%.Chinese oil and gas enterprises actively implemented the"Seven-Year Action Plan to Vigorously Enhance Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Efforts",with exploration and development investments amounting to approximately 3,900×10^(8) yuan,roughly the same as in 2023.New proven oil and gas reserves remained at a high level,with new proven geological reserves of oil exceeding 15×10^(8) tons and new proven geological reserves of natural gas exceeding 1.6×10^(12) m^(3).Exploration in the"two deeps and one unconventional"(deep onshore,deepwater,and unconventional oil and gas)fields yielded fruitful results,with key technological breakthroughs achieved in scientific exploration wells reaching depths of 10,000 meters,and landmark achievements made in offshore and unconventional oil and gas exploration.Oil and gas production equivalents have increased by over 10 million tons for eight consecutive years,surpassing 4.1×10^(8) tons in 2024.Among them,crude oil production was 2.13×10^(8) tons(with offshore crude oil production exceeding 65.5 million tons and shale oil production exceeding 5 million tons),an increase of 1.9%,and natural gas production reached 246.4 billion cubic meters,an increase of 5.7%,marking the eighth consecutive year of production growth exceeding 10 billion cubic
