多次误诊的猴痘合并艾滋病一例

摘　　要：本文报道一例病程长达1年,皮损遍及全身的猴痘合并艾滋病患者。患者,男,42岁。1年前患者双上肢出现点状斑丘疹,逐渐进展为疱疹,疱壁厚,无明显疱液,曾就诊于多家医院,诊断为特应性皮炎、湿疹等,治疗无效,皮疹逐渐增多遍及全身。因患者既往有高危性行为,且近期确诊艾滋病,故考虑猴痘可能,入院后完善猴痘核酸检测为阳性,诊断为猴痘。We report a patient who was positive for both monkeypox and HIV,with a disease course as long as one year and skin lesions all over the body.The patient was a 42-year-old male.One year ago,the patient had punctate papules on both upper limbs,which gradually progressed to herpes,with thick blister walls and no obvious blister fluid.He had visited several hospitals and been diagnosed as atopic dermatitis and eczema,but the treatment was ineffective and the rashes gradually increased spread all over the body.Because the patient had high-risk sexual behavior and was recently diagnosed with AIDS,the possibility of monkeypox was considered.After admission,monkeypox nucleic acid test was positive,and monkeypox was diagnosed.
