度普利尤单抗治疗嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎一例

摘　　要：本文中度普利尤单抗成功治疗嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎为国内首报,国外仅报道一例。患者,男,33岁。前胸、后背皮肤毛囊性丘疹8年,延及面部伴瘙痒2个月,结合实验室检查及病理检查,诊断为嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎。曾经多种药物口服及外用治疗效果不佳,给予患者度普利尤单抗治疗,3天后皮损开始逐渐改善,8周后,面部、胸背部皮损基本消退,留有色素沉着。This is the first report in China on the successful treatment of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis with dupilumab,and only one case has been reported abroad.A 33-year-old man presented with eruption on the trunk for 8 years,and similar lesions with exudation on the face for 2 months.According to the laboratory examination and pathological examination,the diagnosis of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis was made.Dupilumab was given to the patient because of poor response to a variety of oral and topical drugs.After 3 days of dupilumab treatment,the skin lesions began to improve gradually,and eight weeks later,the skin lesions on the face,chest and back basically subsided,with pigmentation remaining.
