脓疱性血管炎一例

摘　　要：脓疱性血管炎可发生于类风湿因子阳性的类风湿关节炎患者中,该病较罕见,本文报道1例并复习相关文献。患者,女,60岁。四肢红斑丘疹伴水疱2个月余。患者确诊类风湿关节炎2年余,类风湿因子阳性。实验室检查及组织病理符合脓疱性血管炎。给予糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂等药物治疗后好转。Pustular vasculitis can occur in rheumatoid factor-positive patients with rheumatoid arthritis,but this disease is rare.We report a case and review the literature.A 60-year-old female presented with multiple erythema,papules and blisters on extremities for more than 2 months.The patient was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis more than 2 years ago,and the rheumatoid factor was positive.The features of laboratory tests and histopathological examination were in accordance with pustular vasculitis.After treatment with glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants,the patient improved.
