摘　　要：安徽省淮河流域有着丰富的历史文化资源,针对当前历史文化保护传承存在的保护体系不健全、保护规章制度不完善和资源活化利用程度低等问题,需要提升物质文化遗产保护水平,加强淮河聚落遗产调查研究,鼓励名城名镇名村保护示范,完善建筑遗产保护传承机制。同时加大非物质文化遗产保护力度,搭建非遗现代化展示平台,加强数字化技术的保护应用,引导社会联动与全民共建。Huaihe river basin in Anhui province has rich historical and cultural resources.In response to the current problems of incomplete protection system,inadequate protection regulations and low degree of resource activation and utilization in the protection and inheritance of historical and cultural heritage,it is necessary to improve the level of material cultural heritage protection,strengthen the investigation and research of Huaihe river settlement heritage,encourage the protection and demonstration of famous cities,towns and villages and improve the mechanism of architectural heritage protection and inheritance.Meanwhile,we will increase efforts to protect intangible cultural heritage,build a modern display platform for intangible cultural heritage,strengthen the protection and application of digital technology and guide social linkage and joint construction by the whole nation.
