摘　　要：本文梳理了日本新居住生活基本规划关注的问题和政策措施,希望能为我国新时代住房制度和政策提供借鉴和参考,帮助构建一个更加公平、有效和可持续的住房制度,从而更好地满足公众的住房需求,促进社会的和谐稳定。This article summarizes the main issues and policy measures of basic planning for new residential life in Japan,hoping to provide reference and guidance for the housing system and policies in the new era of China,and help build a more fair,effective,and sustainable housing system to better meet the public’s housing needs and promote social harmony and stability.
