摘 要:为提高燃油蒸发性能,研究混合燃油的蒸发及微爆炸特性,采用悬挂法研究常压下乙醇含量(0、30%、50%)和是否掺混Al_(2)O_(3)纳米粒子对油酸甲酯溶液在723 K环境温度下蒸发特性的影响.实验结果表明在723 K环境温度下,增加乙醇含量会促进油酸甲酯液滴蒸发,但过多乙醇则会抑制蒸发,最佳乙醇含量为30%.掺混纳米粒子提高液滴的吸热能力,同时促进微爆炸的发生,进一步缩短混合液滴的蒸发寿命.另外建立了油酸甲酯-乙醇-Al_(2)O_(3)纳米粒子混合液滴的蒸发和微爆炸概念模型.To improve the evaporation performance of fuel,the evaporation and micro-explosion characteristics of mixed fuel were studied.The effects of ethanol content(0,30%,50%)and whether or not Al_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles were mixed at atmospheric pressure on the evaporation characteristics of methyl oleate solution at 723K were studied by suspension method.The experimental results show that at 723 K ambient temperature,increasing ethanol content can promote the evaporation of methyl oleate droplets,but excessive ethanol content can inhibit the evaporation,and the optimal ethanol content is 30%.The mixing of nanoparticles can improve the heat absorption capacity of the droplets,promote the occurrence of micro-explosion,and further shorten the evaporation life of the mixed droplets.In addition,the concept model of evaporation and microexplosion of mixed droplets of methyl oleate-ethanol-Al_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles was established.
