全球文化新秩序视野下中国社会主义全球传播体系建设刍议

摘　　要：本文以中国的社会主义全球传播体系的建设为出发点,从两个层面探讨重构国际文化新秩序的可行性和可能性:(1)建立有别于西方资本主义新闻传播网络的中国社会主义新闻传播网络(以主流中央级别大众媒体CGTN/CCTV为中心),从而建设成能够与西方传播网络并行的“人类命运共同体”传播体系;(2)强化社交媒体、视频网站的对外传播和国际传播功能,与中国社会主义新闻传播网络之间相互呼应,紧跟乃至设置海外对中国社会或文化感兴趣的热点,让中国文化出海,成功讲述中国故事。This article takes the construction of a socialist global media communication system in China as a starting point,and discusses the feasibility and possibility of reconstructing a new international cultural order from two levels:(1)establishing a socialist Chinese news communication network(centered on the mainstream central-level mass media CGTN/CCTV)that is different from the Western capitalist news communication network,thereby building a communication system of"a community of shared future for mankind"that can run parallel to the Western communication network;(2)strengthen the external and international communication functions of social media and video websites,and make them echo with the Chinese socialist news communication network,closely follow or even set up hot spots overseas that are interested in Chinese society or culture,so that Chinese culture can go abroad and successfully tell the Chinese story.
