摘　　要：监控资本主义是资本主义历史发展的最新阶段,其核心特质在于对广大用户日常行为的大规模监控作为资本原始积累的主要手段。原始积累并没有在资本主义的发展历史中消失,而是在资本主义发展的不同阶段以不同形态反复出现。监控资本主义的原始积累没有了赤裸裸的暴力,但凭借数字基础设施的垄断优势,以软暴力的非正义方式强迫数据生产者与数据生产资料相分离。资本主义是一种不断把社会生活各领域纳入资本积累领地的扩展性秩序,监控资本主义将这种扩展的深度和广度推向了极致。监控资本主义的原始积累以无偿占有用户的“行为剩余数据”为主要内容,日常行为成为资本主义的操纵对象,剩余数据成为资本主义的生产原材料。监控资本主义凭借数据监控技术的优势预测和操纵用户的消费行为,以一只可知又可控的手微观调控市场的供需关系,从而以“内部殖民”的方式缓解资本主义内在的消费不足困境。作为资本主义体系的内部分支,监控资本主义是资本主义自我调整进化的产物。我们需要反抗的不是数字监控技术本身,而是数字监控技术的资本主义运用。Monitoring capitalism is the latest stage in the historical development of capitalism,with its core characteristic being the large-scale monitoring of the daily behavior of a large number of users as the main means of primitive capital accumulation.Primitive accumulation did not disappear in the development history of early capitalism,but recurred in different forms at different stages of capitalist development.The primitive accumulation of monitoring capitalism has no naked violence,but it relies on the monopoly advantage of digital infrastructure to force data producers to separate from the means of data production through soft violence and injustice.Capitalism is an expanding order that continuously incorporates various fields of social life into the territory of capital accumulation,and monitoring capitalism has pushed the depth and breadth of this expansion to the extreme.The main content of monitoring the primitive accumulation of capitalism is to occupy users'"behavioral surplus data"for free.Daily behavior becomes the manipulated object of capitalism,and surplus data becomes the raw material for capitalist production.Monitoring capitalism relies on the advantages of data monitoring technology to predict and manipulate user consumption behavior,using a known and controllable hand to micro regulate the supply and demand relationship in the market,thereby alleviating the inherent consumption shortage dilemma of capitalism through"internal colonization".As an internal branch of the capitalist system,monitoring capitalism is a product of self adjustment and improvement of capitalism.What we need to resist is not the digital surveillance technology itself,but the capitalist application of digital surveillance technology.
