摘 要:血吸虫病是一种由吸虫寄生虫引起的急慢性传染性疾病,是世界上最主要的人兽共患性寄生虫病之一。几十年来随着血吸虫病防治工作的不断推进,我国已处于低流行状态,监测将成为今后我国血吸虫病防治工作的重点。建立多点触发、反应快速、科学高效的传染病监测体系,是巩固血吸虫病防控成效的前提,本文结合传染病监测预警建设,对近年来我国血吸虫病监测预警体系的建立与利用进行分析,同时总结经验,为今后血吸虫病防治中的监测预警方向提出建议。Schistosomiasis is an acute and chronic infectious disease caused by parasitic trematodes and is one of the most prevalent zoonotic parasitic diseases globally.Over the past decades,with the continuous advancement of schistosomiasis prevention and control efforts,China has now reached a state of low endemicity.Monitoring will become a key focus of future schistosomiasis prevention and control strategies in the country.Establishing a multi-trigger,rapid-response,and scientifically efficient infectious disease surveillance system is the premise of consolidating the achievements in schistosomiasis control.This paper analyzed the establishment and utilization of schistosomiasis monitoring and early warning systems in China in recent years,based on the development of infectious disease surveillance and early warning frameworks.Additionally,it summarized experiences to provide recommendations for the direction of future monitoring and early warning efforts in schistosomiasis prevention and control.
