社交媒体使用中信息超载对大学毕业班学生心理健康的影响分析

摘  要:目的探讨大学毕业班学生社交媒体使用信息过载对其心理健康的影响分析。方法利用多阶层随机抽样法在某市随机抽取5个高校,并采用社交媒体信息超载(SMIO)量表、卑尔根社交媒体成瘾量表(BSMAS)、罗森伯格自尊量表(SES)、抑郁-压力-焦虑量表(DASS-21)对5所高校大学毕业班学生进行问卷调查,此次调查共发放1575份问卷,其中有效回收1543份。结果大学毕业班学生中除性别之间BSMAS得分与专业之间SES得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各项SMIO、BSMAS及SES得分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DASS-21及分量表得分比较:女生较男生高,专业类别中艺术文史类得分>经济管理类>理工类>生物医学类,城市高于农村,社交媒体使用时间>5年的毕业班学生高于使用3~5年及<3年的毕业班学生,以上比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,SMIO与抑郁、压力、焦虑及DASS-21得分均呈正相关(r=0.363,0.309,0.358,0.372;P均<0.05),BSMAS与抑郁、压力、焦虑及DASS-21得分呈正相关(r=0.397,0.327,0.382,0.401;P均<0.05),SMIO、BSMAS与SES得分呈负相关(r=-0.321,-0.493;P均<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果,生源地(β′=-0.085)、社交媒体使用时间(3~5年:β′=0.435;>5年:β′=0.708)、社交媒体信息超载(β′=0.526)、社交媒体成瘾(β′=0.432)及自尊得分(β′=-0.387)(P均<0.05)均为大学毕业班学生心理健康的影响因素。结论社交媒体信息超载对大学毕业班学生的心理健康存在负面影响,信息超载程度越高,其自尊水平越低。此次研究分析大学毕业班学生信息超载现状,为高校针对不同性别、专业、生源地及社交媒体使用时间的大学生进行适当引导提供依据,帮助毕业班学生塑造自信健康的心理状态,从而更好地面对社会生活。Objective To explore the impact of information overload in social media use on mental health of university graduating class students.Methods Five universities were randomly selected by multi-level random sampling method in a city,and the social media information overload(SMIO)scale,Bergen social media addiction scale(BSMAS),Rosenberg self-esteem scale(SES)and depression-stress-anxiety scale(DASS-21)were used to investigate the graduating class students from five universities.A total of 1575 questionnaires were distributed and 1543 of them were valid.Results Among graduating class students,there was no significant difference in BSMAS scores between different genders and SES scores between different majors(P>0.05),and the other scores of SMIO,BSMAS and SES were statistically significant(P<0.05).About DASS-21 and subscale,the score of girls were higher than that of boys.In the professional category,the scores of art,literature and history>economic management>science and engineering>biomedicine.The scores of urban areas were higher than those of rural areas.Graduating class students who used social media for more than 5years were higher than those who used social media for 3-5 years and under 3 years.The above comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that SMIO was positively correlated with depression,stress,anxiety and DASS-21 scores(r=0.363,0.309,0.358,0.372;all P<0.05).BSMAS was positively correlated with depression,stress,anxiety and DASS-21 scores(r=0.397,0.327,0.382,0.401;all P<0.05).SMIO and BSMAS were negatively correlated with SES scores(r=-0.321,-0.493;all P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the place of origin(β'=-0.085)and the time length of social media use(3-5years:β'=0.435,>5 years:β'=0.708),social media information overload(β'=0.526),social media addiction(β'=0.432)and self-esteem score(β'=-0.387)(all P<0.05)were the influencing factors of mental health of graduating class students.Conclusion Social media inf
