基本心理需求的中介作用和感恩的调节作用在压力性生活事件中对大学生网络成瘾的影响

摘　　要：目的以江苏省无锡市大学生为研究对象,分析压力性生活事件、感恩、基本心理需求满足影响大学生网络成瘾的路径机制。方法采用网络成瘾问卷、压力性生活事件量表、感恩问卷以及基本心理需要量表,抽取江苏省无锡市1440名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生压力性生活事件、网络成瘾、基本心理需要、感恩得分依次为(64.68±15.63)分、(46.52±14.48)分、(91.79±11.24)分、(65.46±9.53)分;压力性生活事件可以显著正向预测网络成瘾(r=0.16,P<0.01),也可以显著负向预测感恩、基本心理需要(r=-0.09,-0.24;P<0.05);网络成瘾和感恩以及基本心理需要显著负相关(r=-0.32,-0.34;P<0.001),感恩和基本心理需要显著正相关(r=0.22,P<0.001);压力性生活事件既能够直接影响大学生网络成瘾(β=0.13,t=2.78;P<0.05),也可以通过基本心理需要和感恩间接影响网络成瘾(β=-0.24、-0.23,t=-5.62、-5.42;P<0.001)。结论压力性生活事件可以通过有调节的中介效应影响大学生网络成瘾。心怀感恩的大学生可以更好地应对压力性生活事件进而保持乐观的心理状态。Objective To explore the relationship between stressful life events,internet addiction and basic psychological needs among college students.Methods A total of 1440 college students were selected to complete stressful life events check list,gratitude questionnaire,basic psychological needs scale and internet addiction questionnaire.Results The scores of internet addiction,stressful life events,gratitude and basic psychological needs for college students were(64.68±15.63),(46.52±14.48),(65.46±9.53)and(91.79±11.24),respectively.Stressful events were positively associated with internet addiction(r=0.16,P<0.01)but negatively associated with gratitude and basic psychological needs(r=-0.09,-0.24;P<0.05,P<0.001).Internet addiction was negatively associated with gratitude and basic psychological needs(r=-0.32,-0.34;P<0.001),while gratitude was significantly positively correlated to basic psychological needs(r=0.22,P<0.001).Stressful events could not only directly affect internet addiction among college students(β=0.13,t=2.78;P<0.05),but also indirectly influence internet addiction through basic psychological needs and gratitude(β=-0.24,-0.23,t=-5.62,-5.42;P<0.001).Conclusion The impact of stress life events on college students'internet addiction is a moderated mediation model.The higher the level of gratitude,the smaller the impact of stress life events on the satisfaction of college students'basic psychological need.
