基于健康生态学模型的大学生健康相关行为影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的改善大学生健康相关行为。方法分层整群方法抽取山东省6所高校4036名大学生开展调查,采用随机森林、线性回归等进行分析。结果健康相关行为得分(3.94±0.87)分。健康投资、宣传制度、健康实践、心理健康、家庭关系、平台建设和反馈制度等重要因素得分依次为608.08、374.04、311.48、284.46、263.12、262.78和200.87分。心理健康(β=-0.072,P<0.001,95%CI:-0.093~-0.051)、健康实践(β=0.021,P<0.001,95%CI:0.011~0.032)、平台建设(β=0.013,P<0.05,95%CI:0.002~0.025)显著调节了健康投资与健康相关行为关系。结论健康投资是关键因素,行为心理层、政策环境层重要性大。人际网络层与健康投资未互动。完善机制提高政策效果,多措并举促进健康投资,强化社会支持、应用智慧数据促进人际网络层与健康投资交互。Objective To improve health-related behaviors of undergraduates.Methods A survey was conducted on 4036 undergraduates from 6 universities in Shandong Province using stratified clustering method.Multiple linear regression and random forest model were used to analyze the data.Results The score of health-related behaviors was 3.94±0.87points.The scores of health investment,publicity system,health practice,mental health,family relationship,platform construction,and feedback system were 608.08,374.04,311.48,284.46,263.12,262,78 and 200.87 points.Mental health(β=-0.072,P<0.001,95%CI:-0.093,-0.051),health practice(β=0.021,P<0.001,95%CI:0.011,0.032),platform construction(β=0.013,P<0.05,95%CI:0.002,0.025)significantly regulated the relationship between health investment and health-related behaviors.Conclusion Health investment is the key factor affecting health-related behaviors,with the highest importance at the behavioral psychology level and policy environment level.There is no interaction between the interpersonal network level and health investment.It is suggested to improve mechanisms for enhancing policy effectiveness,take multiple measures for promoting health investment,and strengthen social support and apply smart data for promoting interaction between the interpersonal network level and health investment.
