摘 要:用芦苇原料进行化学机械法制浆,采用碱预浸渍、搓丝处理、盘磨机KRK磨浆、立式磨浆机PFI打浆处理。结果表明,当预浸渍用碱量6%,立式磨浆机PFI打浆转数3000 r时,打浆度46.7°SR,成纸紧度0.52 g·cm^(-3),耐折度30次,环压指数9.25 N·m·g^(-1),撕裂指数4.89 mN·m^(2)·g^(-1),裂断长4.47 km,耐破指数2.07 kPa·m^(2)·g^(-1)。另外,芦苇化机浆与短竹纤维配抄实验表明,芦苇化机浆配抄通过16目的漂白竹浆短纤维,当配比为9:1时,纸张耐折度39次,裂断长5.0 km,纸张环压指数9.75 N·m·g^(-1)。The experiment conducted chemical mechanical pulping on reed raw materials,which involved alkali pre-impregnation,rubbing treatment,pulping with disc refiner KRK,and beating treatment with vertical refiner PFI.The results indicated that when the alkali dosage for pre-impregnation was 6%and the rotation number of vertical refiner PFI beating was 3000 r,the beating degree of the pulp was 46.70°SR,the paper tightness was 0.52 g·cm^(-3),the folding endurance was 30,the ring crush index was 9.25N·m·g^(-1),the tear index was 4.89mN·m^(2)·g^(-1),the breaking length was 4.47 km,and the burst index was 2.07 kPa·m^(2)·g^(-1).In addition,the experiment also carried out a blending experiment of reed chemimechanical pulp and short bamboo fiber.The results showed that when the reed chemimechanical pulp was blended with 16-mesh bleached bamboo pulp short fiber and the ratio was 9:1,the paper folding endurance was 39 times,the breaking length was 5.0 km,and the paper ring crush index was 9.75N·m·g^(-1).
