摘  要:目的探讨2016—2022年来北京市通州区循环系统疾病死亡率变化趋势及其影响因素,为政府部门制定循环系统疾病防控策略和措施提供科学参考。方法使用中国疾病预防控制信息系统死因监测子系统中2016—2022年北京市通州区户籍人口循环系统疾病死亡个案资料,分析循环系统疾病死亡率变化趋势、性别和年龄分布特征分布差异,应用年度变化百分比(annual percent change,APC)反映循环系统疾病死亡率逐年变化情况。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析,死亡率的差异检验采用卡方检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2016—2019年北京市通州区户籍居民循环系统疾病死亡率逐年稳步下降(P<0.001),2022年死亡率升高,为246/10万,是2016—2019年的1.22倍。2016—2019年慢性风湿性心脏病、高血压性心脏病、冠心病、其他高血压病、脑出血、脑梗死、中风和其他循环系统疾病标化死亡率均明显下降(P均<0.001),2020—2022年除慢性风湿性心脏病以外的其他循环系统疾病标化死亡率均出现明显上升(P均<0.001)。2022年心脑血管病死亡率为429.6/10万,是历年最高水平。男性居民历年循环系统疾病死亡率均高于女性。60岁及以上人群是循环系统疾病死亡的主要年龄段人群,2022年北京市通州区60岁及以上年龄组户籍居民死亡率明显上升,85岁及以上年龄组死亡率高达12239.1/10万。2016—2022年85岁及以上年龄组循环系统疾病死亡率以年均6.0%的速度上升(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒感染疫情暴发前后北京市通州区循环系统疾病死亡率呈现先下降后升高的趋势,总体死亡率和标化死亡率存在性别、年龄差异,需有针对性制定防控措施。Objective To explore the change trend and influencing factors of circulatory disease mortality in Tongzhou District of Beijing from 2016 to 2022,and to provide scientific basis for the government and relevant departments to formulate prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods The data from the death surveillance subsystem of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Information System on the mortality cases due to circulatory system diseases amog registered residents in Tongzhou District of Beijing from 2016 to 2022 were used,we analyzed the trends in mortality rates,as well as the distribution characteristics and differences by sex and age for circulatory system diseases.The annual percent change(APC)was used to reflect the year-over-year changes in mortality rates from circulatory system diseases.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The chi-square test was used to examine the differences in mortality rates.The difference P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results From 2016 to 2019,the mortality rate from circulatory system diseases among registered residents in Tongzhou District of Beijing steadily declined year by year(P<0.001).In 2022,the mortality rate significantly increased to 246 per10~5,which was 1.22 times that of the years 2016-2019.From 2016 to 2019,the standardized mortality rates for chronic rheumatic heart diseases,hypertensive heart disease,coronary heart disease,other hypertensive diseases,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction,stroke and other circulatory system diseases all decreased significantly(P<0.001).From 2020 to 2022,the standardized mortality rates for circulatory system diseases other than chronic rheumatic heart disease showed a significant increase(All P<0.001).In 2022,the mortality rate for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 429.6 per 105,that was the highest level on record.Male residents had higher mortality rates from circulatory system diseases than females over the years.People aged60 and above were the main age
