摘 要:目的通过小鼠试验探索不同配方剂量的八子力组方对缓解体力疲劳作用的影响。方法将菟丝子、枸杞子、余甘子、枳椇子、五味子、覆盆子、决明子、栀子、木瓜经水提取、干燥后制得的干膏粉与人参、鹿茸(马鹿茸)饮片粉碎过筛后的人参粉和鹿茸(马鹿茸)粉等11种植物材料按不同剂量混合制得配方Ⅰ-Ⅳ共4种八子力组方,各设低、中、高3个灌胃剂量组共12个实验组,另设1个空白对照组,给小鼠连续灌胃30 d,采用负重游泳实验、血清尿素、血乳酸和肝糖原测定的方法检测相应功效学指标,经单因素方差分析、Dunnett法及Tamhane’s T2检验分析比较各组负重游泳时间及血清尿素、血乳酸、肝糖原含量,研究不同剂量配方对小鼠缓解体力疲劳作用效果。结果小鼠负重游泳时间配方Ⅰ中剂量组(499.4±102.6 s)及配方Ⅲ(低剂量组546.5±116.3 s;中剂量组457.3±91.6 s;高剂量组472.1±90.2 s)、配方Ⅳ(低剂量组462.9±113.8 s;中剂量组528.4±97.3 s;高剂量组474.9±110.8 s)与空白对照组(297.5±78.9 s)比较均延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小鼠血清尿素配方Ⅰ高剂量组(9.81±1.40)mmol/L、配方II中剂量组(10.04±1.04)mmol/L、配方Ⅲ低剂量组(9.70±1.07)mmol/L和高剂量组(9.78±0.99)mmol/L明显低于空白对照组(11.43±1.11)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);配方Ⅰ-Ⅳ各剂量组的血乳酸曲线下面积与空白对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);鼠的肝糖原储备量配方Ⅰ低剂量组(14.91±3.63)mg/g肝组织和高剂量组(15.49±3.74)mg/g肝组织小明显高于空白对照组(9.98±3.71)mg/g肝组织,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论八子力组方配方Ⅰ对小鼠具有缓解体力疲劳功能作用。Objective To explore the effects of different dosages of Bazili formula on alleviating physical fatigue through the experiment in mice.Methods The dry paste powder made from dodder,wolfberry,phyllanthus emblica,hovenia dulcis,schisandra chinensis,raspberry,cassia,gardenia,papaya after water extraction and drying,and rushed and sieved powder of ginseng and antler(deer antler)slices were mixed together according to different dosages to obtain a total of 4kinds of Bazili formulae,formulaⅠ-Ⅳ,including these 11 kinds of plant materials.A total of 12experimental groups were set up with 3 groups of low,medium and high intragastric dose,and one blank control group was set up.The mice were given continuous intragastric administration for30 days.The corresponding efficacy indicators were detected by weight-bearing swimming experiment,and serum urea,blood lactate and liver glycogen determination.Univariate analysis of variance,Dunnett's method,and Tamhane's T2 test were used to compare the weight-bearing swimming time,and the content of serum urea,blood lactate and liver glycogen of each group to study the effect of different dosage formulae on alleviating physical fatigue in mice.Results The weight-bearing swimming time of mice in the formulaⅠ(499.4±102.6 seconds),the formulaⅢ(546.5±116.3seconds in low-dose group;457.3±91.6 seconds in middle-dose group;472.1±90.2 seconds in highdose group)and the formulaⅣ(462.9±113.8 seconds in low-dose group;528.4±97.3 seconds in middle-dose group;474.9±110.8 seconds in high-dose group)were prolonged compared with that of the blank control group(297.5±78.9)seconds,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of serum urea of the formulaⅠhigh-dose group(9.81±1.40)mmol/L,the formulaⅡmiddle-dose group(10.04±1.04)mmol/L,and the formulaⅢlow-dose group(9.70±1.07)mmol/L and the high-dose group(9.78±0.99)mmol/L were significantly lower than that of the blank control group(11.43±1.11)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(all
