摘 要:目的了解绵阳市农村地区饮用水微生物污染现状,探索影响绵阳市农村地区饮用水微生物合格情况的因素,为提高绵阳市农村地区饮用水卫生质量提供科学依据。方法2016—2023年在绵阳市9个县市区共采集9771份水样并按照国家标准进行检测和评价,同时搜集供水单位基本信息,使用SPSS 17.0软件对样本进行分析,采用χ^(2)检验进行单因素分析,采用Logistic回归模型进行多因素分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2016—2023年绵阳市共监测水样9771份,微生物3项指标综合合格率均为75.26%,菌落总数合格率为84.64%,总大肠菌群的合格率为79.36%,耐热大肠菌群的合格率为86.53%。3项指标综合、菌落总数、总大肠菌群和耐热大肠菌群的合格率随年份呈总体上升趋势。不同水期类型、不同水源类型、不同处理方式、不同地区的农村地区饮用水水样3项指标综合合格率、菌落总数合格率和总大肠菌群合格率和耐热大肠菌群合格率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Logistic回归多因素分析的结果显示,山区、丰水期、浅井水、泉水、溪水、沉淀过滤和不消毒水样微生物指标的综合合格率较低。结论绵阳市农村饮用水微生物指标的合格率较低。水期类型、水源类型、消毒方式等因素均不同程度影响农村地区微生物指标合格情况,建议加强监管,完善供水单位消毒管理制度,加强饮用水水源保护健康教育。Objective To understand the current situation of microbial pollution in drinking water in rural areas of Mianyang City,to explore the factors that affect the microbial qualification of drinking water in rural areas of Mianyang City,and to provide scientific basis for improving the hygiene quality of drinking water in rural areas of Mianyang City.Methods From 2016 to 2023,a total of 9771 water samples were collected in 9 counties/districts of Mianyang City for testing and evaluation in accordance with national standards.At the same time,basic information of water supply units was collected.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the samples.Chi-square test was conducted for single factor analysis,and a Logistic regression model was used for multivariate analysis.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results From 2016 to 2023,a total of 9771 water samples were monitored in Mianyang City.The comprehensive qualified rate of the three microbial indicators was 75.26%,the qualified rate of the total bacterial count was 84.64%,the qualified rate of the total coliform group was 79.36%,and the qualified rate of the heatresistant coliform group was 86.53%.The qualification rate of three indicators,including total bacterial count,total coliform group,and heat-resistant coliform group,showed an overall upward trend over the years.There were significant differences in the comprehensive qualification rate,total bacterial count qualification rate,total coliform group qualification rate,and heat-resistant coliform group qualification rate of three indicators of drinking water samples from rural areas among different water period types,water source types,treatment methods and regions(all P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression multivariate analysis showed that the comprehensive qualification rate of microbial indicators in water samples from mountainous areas,rainy seasons,shallow wells,springs,streams,fully treated and non-disinfected areas was relatively low.Conclusions The qualification rate of microbial indicators in
