摘 要:微型量热仪法凭借样品需求量小、高效快速、高灵敏度与自动化等优势,在各类材料的燃烧性能测试中的应用受到越来越多的关注。然而,现阶段在化学纤维的燃烧热释放性能测试领域,微型量热仪法仍缺乏相应的标准。本文围绕微型量热仪法对样品量、样品尺寸以及测试温度范围开展系统的研究。试验结果表明,样品量在9.5-10.0 mg,纤维长度小于1.0 mm,测试过程的温度范围为75℃-750℃时,可满足常见化学纤维样品的微型量热仪测试需求。同时,实验室间比对结果也表明,此条件下微型量热仪法可以较好地评估化学纤维燃烧热释放性能差异。The application of microcalorimeter method in the combustion performance testing of various materials has received increasing attention due to its advantages such as low sample demand,high efficiency,high sensitivity,and automation.However,at present,in the field of testing the combustion heat release performance of chemical fibers,the microcalorimeter method stil lacks corresponding standards.Therefore,this article systematically studied the sample size,sample size,and testing temperature range using the microcalorimeter method.The experimental results show that when the sample size is 9.5-10.0 mg,the fiber length is less than 1.0 mm,and the temperature range of the testing process is 75℃~750℃,it can meet the micro calorimeter testing requirements of common chemical fiber samples.Meanwhile,the inter laboratory comparison results also indicate that under this condition,the microcalorimeter method can effectively evaluate the differences in the combustion heat release performance of the tested chemical fibers.
