摘　　要：研究地板耐磨纸在斜网纸机上的抄造工艺,探讨耐磨剂的种类、添加方式、抄造工艺和助剂用量对耐磨纸性能的影响。结果表明,制备40 g·m^(-2)A型地板耐磨纸的最佳工艺条件为:选取具有圆形和白色特性200目的Al_(2)O_(3)作为耐磨剂原料,添加量为44%,采用浆内加填的方式添加耐磨剂有利于耐磨剂的固定和耐磨效果的发挥;打浆度:20°SR,面层浆与底层浆比例:6:4;面、底层湿强剂用量为5%,面浆助留剂用量为0.5%,面浆和底浆的复合采用抄片器成形后人工复合的方式进行,产品质量指标达到国家相关标准要求。Study on the technology of the papermaking process of the wear-resistant paper by uphill wire machine.The influences of wear resistant material to be added in wear-resistant paper by different methods was studied,study on the performance of papermaking process and the amount of agent on the wear-resistant paper,get the best technology is:the degree of beating is 20°SR.The weight of surface layer pulp:The weight of wear resistant material is:1:1.5,and the coat weight make up about 60%of the total weight;underlying pulp is all wood pulp,make up about 40%of the total weight.All of the two layers need wet strength agent 5%,need to add retention aid 0.5%in surface layer,and get the wear-resistant paper by composite the two layers,and the quality have reached the national requirements.
