摘  要:针对弱电网条件下牵引网压越限导致机车不能正常运行的问题,采用一种储能型模块化多电平的铁路功率调节器,即ES-MMC-RPC,以抑制网压越限。较传统的RPC,ES-MMC-RPC谐波含量少、抗电压波动能力强,子模块内的蓄电池和超级电容的混合储能兼顾了电压支撑和再生制动能量回收功能。经仿真对比,较系统扩容、电容器组的无功补偿方案,分区所加装ES-MMC-RPC装置,通过将跟网型有功平衡与构网型或三维度支撑控制相结合的策略,抑制电压越限的效果更好,成本适中且可实现制动能量回收。With regard to the problem of locomotives being unable to operate normally due to out-of-limit of voltage of traction network under a condition of the weak power grid,an energy storage modular multilevel railway power regulator,ES-MMC-RPC,is adopted to suppress out-of-limit of network voltage.Compared to the traditional RPC,ES-MMC-RPC has less harmonic content and stronger resistance to voltage fluctuations.The hybrid energy storage of batteries and super-capacitors in the sub-module balances voltage support and regenerative braking energy recovery functions.Through simulation,compared with the reactive power compensation scheme of system expansion and capacitor bank,the scheme of installation of ES-MMC-RPC in section post,with a strategy of integrating of grid-following active power balance and grid-forming or three-dimensional support control,is more effective in suppressing out-of-limit voltage,compared with the traditional scheme of reactive power compensation by expansion of capacitor packs.Its cost is moderate and the braking energy recovery can be achieved.
