摘 要:针对目前电气化铁路三相不对称负荷特性,为改善其对电能质量的影响,除传统的铁路系统侧改善方案外,可利用飞轮储能技术的再生特性与“削峰填谷”等特点。本文通过对储能技术的原理与特点进行分析,基于其在某货运铁路某牵引变电所中的实际应用,研究储能装置对电能质量改善的效果。结果表明,储能装置可以实现对电气化铁路牵引供电侧负荷的有效治理和平衡,改善电气化铁路对电力系统电能质量的负序、电压波动等影响,同时对提高牵引网末端电压、改善谐波也有一定效果,对节能减排、实现双碳目标具有积极促进作用。With regard to the three-phase asymmetric load characteristics of electrified railways at present,in order to improve the impact on power quality,in addition to traditional railway system side improvement schemes,the regenerative characteristics and"peak shaving and valley filling"features of flywheel energy storage technology can be utilized.The paper analyzes the principles and characteristics of energy storage technology,and based on its practical application in a traction substation of a freight railway,studies the effect of energy storage devices on improving power quality.The results indicate that energy storage devices can effectively manage and balance the load on the traction power supply side of electrified railways,improve the negative sequence and voltage fluctuations of electrified railways on the power system's power quality,and also have certain effects on increasing the terminal voltage of the traction network and improving harmonics.They have a positive promoting effect on energy conservation,emission reduction,and achieving the dual carbon goals.
