摘 要:为改善热重分析过程中室内外气流扰动影响,同时降低样品热挥发或热分解产生的挥发性有机物排放,本研究设计了一种集尾气缓冲与净化于一体的新型装置。在基线采集过程中通过开关实验室门产生扰动来考察尾气缓冲效果,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪检测净化装置安装前后尾气中的有机物来考察净化效率。结果显示,应用本装置后开关门产生的扰动不会引起基线异常波动,有效提升热重分析仪抗气流干扰能力;同时极大地减少了尾气中有毒有害化合物的排放,从而降低了对实验室检测人员以及大气环境的暴露风险。In order to mitigate the effect of airflow disturbances and reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds which generated by thermal volatilization or decomposition of samples in the process of thermogravimetric analysis,a novel device that combined exhaust gas buffer and purification was designed in this study.The efficiency of the exhaust gas buffer device was evaluated by introducing disturbances through opening and closing of the laboratory door during the baseline collection process,while the efficiency of exhaust gas purification device was investigated by comparing the residual organic compounds before and after the installation of the purification device detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.It was indicated that the combined devices could not only avoid airflow disturbances caused by opening and closing door,which would otherwise lead to abnormal fluctuations in the baseline,but also significantly reduced the emission of toxic organic compounds from the exhaust gas,thereby minimizing the exposure risks to the laboratory analysts and atmosphere environment,as well.
