摘　　要：建立了一种三阀五柱、双TCD检测器系统双通道同时分析粗煤气的方法。该方法主要利用阀切换和柱反吹技术,使预柱中的待测组分进入到分析柱,可有效避免色谱柱污染,提高分析效率,并通过校正面积归一化百分比的方法运算各组分含量。经验证该方法操作方便,快速准确,各组分RSD均小于6%,重复性较好。A two-channel method for simultaneous analysis of crude gas using a three-valve,five-column,two-TCD detector system is established.The method mainly uses valve switching and column blowback technology to make the components to be measured in the pre-column enter the analysis column,which can effectively avoid column pollution and improve the analysis efficiency,and calculate the content of each component by correcting the area normalized percentage method.It is proved that the method is easy to operate,rapid and accurate,and the RSD of each component is less than 6%,with good repeatability.
