摘 要:目的:建立微透析技术结合液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)技术分析时透析液中无机盐的去除方法。方法:以芍药苷为目标成分,采用LC-MS/MS技术以栀子苷为内标物对透析液除盐前后方法专属性、基质效应、线性范围、稳定性、精密度与准确度进行考察。结果:透析液除盐后基质效应显著降低,样品稳定性、方法日间精密度与回收率显著提高。结论:经方法学验证,本研究所建立的微透析样品除盐方法简便、准确可靠,可用于LC-MS/MS进样分析。Using paeoniflorin as the target component and geniposide as the internal standard,to investigate the specificity,matrix effect,linear range,stability,precision and accuracy of the method before and after desalination of dialysate by LC-MS/MS was investigated.After desalting the dialysate,the matrix effect was significantly reduced,and the sample stability,day precision and recovery of the method were significantly improved.The method is accurate,rapid,sensitive and can be used for LC-MS/MS analysis.
