摘  要:转化气蒸汽发生器是制氢装置中关键设备之一,该设备的泄漏或故障影响到装置及下游装置的正常运行。本研究采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)等分析技术,对停工检修期间设备内部及外部可见积垢物质进行了取样及成分分析。结果表明,管束出口处垢样主要由Fe_(3)O_(4)、Na_(3)PO_(4)、NaFePO_(4)、NaPO_(3)、Al_(2)Ti_(7)O_(15)和Na_(7)Fe_(4)(P_(2)O_(7))PO_(4)等组成,而排污口垢样主要由Fe_(3)O_(4)、Fe_(3)PO_(7)、Al(PO_(4))_(3)和NaAlSiO_(4)等组成,法兰处垢样主要由Na_(2)CO_(3)、KNaCO_(3)和KNaFe(Si_(4)O_(10))等组成。分析结果揭示了积垢的化学组成,可为分析转化气蒸汽发生器泄漏原因提供依据,为设备维修及长周期运行提供数据支持。The conversion gas steam generator is a critical component within hydrogen production units,any leakage or malfunction of this equipment affects the normal operation of the unit and its downstream processes.In this study,advanced analytical techniques,including X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)are used,to sample and analyze the composition of visible scaling substances on the equipment’s interior and exterior surfaces during scheduled maintenance shutdowns.The results indicate that the scale at the outlet of the tube bundle is primarily composed of Fe_(3)O_(4),Na_(3)PO_(4),NaFePO_(4),NaPO_(3),Al_(2)Ti_(7)O_(15),and Na_(7)Fe_(4)(P_(2)O_(7))PO_(4),while the scale at the blowdown port mainly consists of Fe_(3)O_(4),Fe_(3)PO_(7),Al(PO_(4))_(3),and NaAlSiO_(4).Additionally,the scale at the flange is predom inantly made up of Na_(2)CO_(3),KNaCO_(3),and KNaFe(Si_(4)O_(10)).The analysis has unveiled the chemical composition of these deposits,offering insights into the potential causes of leakage in the steam generators and providing valuable data to support equipment maintenance and ensure long-term operational reliability.
