摘 要:在汽车新四化的背景下,前照灯呈现出造型紧凑、结构复杂、LED发光面积小、发光功率大的趋势,由此带来的散热问题也越来越严重。为了剖析LED前照灯内部散热情况,验证设计的合理性和研究其散热特性,以广州汽车集团有限公司的LED前照灯为研究对象,分析不同模组的热量分布情况。实验结果表明:通电一段时间后,各个模组的光通量都有所下降,30分钟基本达到稳定。对于各个模组来说,通电30分钟后透镜的透光率变化都不大,内部结构中LED的稳态温度高于翅片和反射镜的稳态温度,但所有结构的稳态温度都处于其正常工作范围内证实了结构设计上不存在散热问题。Under the background of the new four modernizations of the automobile,the headlamp presents a trend of compact shape,complex structure,small LED luminous area and large luminous power,and the resulting heat dissipation problem is becoming more and more serious.In order to analyze the internal heat dissipation of LED headlights,verify the rationality of the design,and study their heat dissipation characteristics,this article takes the LED headlights of Guangzhou Automobile Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and analyzes the heat distribution of different modules.The experimental results show that after being powered on for a period of time,the luminous flux of each module of decreases and stabilizes after 30 minutes.For each module,the transmittance of the lens does not change much after 30 minutes of power on,and the steady-state temperature of the LED in the internal structure is higher than that of the fins and mirrors.But steady-state temperatures of all structures are within their normal operating range,confirming the absence of heat dissipation issues in the structural design.
