摘　　要：本文从地缘竞合的视角,全面分析了非洲粮食安全治理的现状、挑战及其在全球粮食安全体系中的重要地位。非洲作为全球粮食安全形势最为严峻的地区,其粮食安全问题不仅关乎地区发展,更成为大国地缘政治博弈的重要领域。本文探讨了非洲在全球粮食安全治理体系中的多重角色,指出非洲既是治理的重点对象,也是推动全球粮食体系转型的关键力量。文章梳理了中非粮食安全合作的历史脉络与现状,强调中国在非洲粮食安全治理中的重要作用,同时分析了当前中非粮食安全合作面临的新挑战,包括外部地缘政治环境的变化、非洲自身粮食安全治理能力的不足,以及合作模式的优化需求。为应对这些挑战,本文提出多项优化路径,包括推动大国在非洲粮食安全问题上的对话与合作、深化中非团结、鼓励社会力量参与、提升合作针对性和创新合作模式。这些路径旨在为构建新时代中非命运共同体提供理论支持与实践指导,为全球粮食安全治理贡献中非智慧与力量。From a geopolitical competition and cooperation standpoint,this paper offers a comprehensive analysis of the prevalent circumstances,challenges,and important role of African food security governance in the global food security system.Given its status as the region with the most critical global food security situation,Africa's food security challenges extend beyond mere regional development and have emerged as a focal point for geopolitical competition among major powers.This paper delves into the multifaceted roles that Africa plays within the global food security governance system,emphasizing that Africa is not merely a important target of governance but also a key force driving the transformation of the global food system.The paper reviews the history and current situation of China Africa food security cooperation,emphasizing China's crucial role in Africa's food security governance.It also analyzes the new challenges facing China-Africa food security cooperation,including changes in the external geopolitical lenvironment,Africa's owniinsufficientfoodsecurity governance capabilities,and the need to optimize cooperation models.To tackle these challenges,this paper suggests several optimization strategies,such as fostering dialogue and cooperation among major powers concerning African food security issues,deepening the China-Africa friendly cooperation,encouraging the involvement of societal forces,enhancing targeted collaboration efforts,and innovating cooperation models.These strategies aim to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for building a China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era,and contribute the wisdom and strength of China and Africa to global food security governance.
