摘 要:战时电影清洁运动即电影史上第二次电影清洁运动,由国民党电影检查机构主导。从1938年非常时期电影检查所成立拉开序幕,该所主任徐浩到港后正式开始,其间与南下影人共同推动电影清洁运动。此次清洁运动由不同意识形态合力实施,其动机和方式有一定相通之处,电影观念及统制方式承继中国内地“国防电影”和苏联电影国策的经验。此运动并非顺畅无阻,经官方电影检查所和华南影界的多次周旋,战时电影清洁运动最终浅尝轭止,于1940年前后不了了之。The film clean-up campaign during the Anti-Japanese War,also known as the second film clean-up campaign in Hong Kong's film history,was led by the film censorship authority affiliated with the Kuomintang.It began with the establishment of the"Emergency Film Censorship Office"in 1938,officially initiated by its director,Xu Hao,upon his arrival in Hong Kong,where he collaborated with South-bound filmmakers to promote the movement.This clean-up campaign was implemented through a coalition of different ideological forces,sharing certain motivations and methods,drawing on the ideas and control strategies inspired by national defense films from China's Mainland and Soviet film policy.The movement was not without obstacles,as it witnessed multiple rounds of negotiations between the film censorship authority and the film industry in Southern China,which ultimately ended prematurely around 1940,without achieving any substantial results.
