摘  要:我国诸多海上油田钻机井架已超过设计使用年限,但油田可采油气资源仍然可观,为了满足超役井架延寿及油气钻探安全生产的需求,介绍了超役钻机井架体征状态与性能状态相结合的综合检测技术,提出了钻机井架体征与性态感知的数字孪生评估方法。以某海上油田钻机井架为例,通过井架结构动态特性与承载应力测试,应用模型修正数字孪生技术,进行井架延寿安全评估。其研究结果可为海上油田超役钻机井架延寿安全服役提供数据支撑。In response to the fact that many offshore oil drilling rigs in China have exceeded their designed service life,but the oil and gas resources available in the fields are still considerable,in order to meet the needs of extending the service life of offshore oil drilling rigs and ensuring safe production of oil and gas drilling,this article introduces a comprehensive testing technology that combines the physical and performance status of offshore oil drilling rigs,and proposes a digital twin evaluation method for the perception of physical and performance status of offshore oil drilling rigs.Taking the drilling rig derrick of a certain offshore platform as an example,the dynamic characteristics and bearing stress tests of the derrick structure were conducted,and the model correction digital twin technology was applied to evaluate the safety of extending the service life of the derrick.The research results can provide data support for extending the service life and ensuring the safe operation of offshore oil drilling rig derricks.
