摘 要:针对某西部地区污水处理系统在处理污水后化学需氧量(COD)指标不满足外运污水处理厂的要求,采用“絮凝沉降-蒸发-芬顿氧化”的工艺组合进行达标处理研究,考察各工艺实验条件对COD值影响。通过GC-MS表征测试污水有机物种类及去除效率,并进行含油污水达标处理工艺设计。结果表明:絮凝沉降过程中使用3000 mg/L净水剂PAC(聚合氯化铝)、600 mg/L破乳剂QZ-2、50 mg/L絮凝剂CPAM(阳离子聚丙烯酰胺)、pH值为6.5、絮凝时间1.0 h时,COD值降至40611 mg/L;蒸发过程中采用减压蒸发,蒸发率85%、真空度-0.095 MPa、温度45℃时,COD值降低至1497 mg/L;芬顿氧化过程中FeSO4质量占比20%,总加量7500 mg/L,氧化时间3 h,pH值为3.5时,COD值降低至326 mg/L。该处理技术对污水中有机物去除效果好,COD值从68865 mg/L降至326 mg/L,达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准,其他指标均满足要求。该含油污水达标处理技术具有良好的应用潜力。The COD index of the sewage treatment system in a western region of China does not meet the requirements of the sewage treatment plant after treating the sewage.To address this issue,the process combination of“flocculation sedimentation-evaporation-Fenton oxidation”was used to study the influence of various experimental conditions of the process on COD.The types and removal efficiency of organic matter in sewage were tested by GC-MS,and the process design of oily sewage was carried out.The results show that when 3000 mg/L water purifying agent,namely polyaluminium chloride(PAC),600 mg/L demulsifier,QZ-2,50 mg/L flocculant,cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM),pH 6.5,and flocculation time 1.0 h are set in flocculation sedimentation,COD is reduced to 40611 mg/L;when decompression evaporation,the evaporation rate of 85%,vacuum degree of−0.095 MPa,and temperature of 45°C are satisfied in the evaporation,the COD is reduced to 1497 mg/L;when the mass ratio of FeSO4 in fenton oxidation is 20%;the total dosage is 7500 mg/L;the oxidation time is 3 h,and the pH is 3.5,the COD is reduced to 326 mg/L.The organic matter in sewage is effectively removed,and COD decreases from 68865 mg/L to 326 mg/L,reaching the third-level standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996),and other indicators meet the requirements.This treatment technology for reaching the standard has good application potential.
