摘  要:T型三通管是石油管道中重要的管道结构,通过对T型管道内部流场进行数值模拟,可以分析管径比对管道内速度、压力分布以及局部阻力损失的影响。基于COMSOL软件,将混合物模型与RANS(k-ε)算法进行耦合,对T型管内油水两相流动进行二维数值模拟,首先建立T型管道模型,得到管内流场的分布情况,而后改变径向支管管径,计算分析流场情况以及局部阻力损失。得到以下结论:①主管与支管的流体汇合前压力和速度保持稳定,汇合后压力先下降随后趋于稳定,速度则先增大后趋于平稳,同时在三通处产生一个高压区和一个低压回流区;②三通出口处的局部速度随着径向支管管径的增大而增大,高压区面积也将随之增大;③分析水平主管的轴向动压、静压和总压可知,主要的局部阻力损失发生在三通处,且随着径向支管管径的增大而增大。Tee is an important pipeline structure in petroleum pipelines.Through numerical simulation of the flow field inside the tee,the influence of pipe diameter ratio on the velocity,pressure distribution,and local resistance loss inside the pipeline can be analyzed.Based on the COMSOL software,the mixture model was coupled with the RANS(k-ε)algorithm to conduct a two-dimensional numerical simulation of the oil-water two-phase flow in the tee.Firstly,the tee model was established,and the flow field distribution inside the pipeline was obtained.Then,the radial branch pipe diameter was changed,and the flow field and local resistance loss were analyzed after calculation.The following conclusions are obtained:①The pressure and velocity of the fluids in the main pipe and the branch pipe remain stable before the convergence,and the pressure first decreases and then tends to be stable after the convergence,while the velocity first increases and then tends to be stable.In addition,a high-pressure area and a low-pressure reflow area are generated at the juncture of the tee.②The local velocity at the outlet of the juncture of the tee increases with the increase in the radial branch pipe diameter,and the area of the high-pressure area will increase.③The analysis of the axial dynamic pressure,static pressure,and total pressure of the horizontal main pipe shows that the main local resistance loss occurs at the juncture of the tee and increases with the increase in the radial branch pipe diameter.
