摘  要:碱水制氢工艺相对于其他制氢工艺具有技术成熟、成本低、易于大规模应用等优势。碱性电解槽作为碱水制氢系统中的重要部件,目前在制氢效率、运行安全性及整机制备速度等方面仍需进一步得到提升。通过对电解槽结构及制备方法进行研究,归纳出电解小室数量、总功率、产气量和有效电解半径之间的参数关系,简化设计算法;同时对极板、电极、隔膜等关键部件的结构及组装工艺进行探讨,以期进一步降低制造成本、提升设备可靠性及使用寿命,为碱性电解槽持续优化提供借鉴。The alkaline water-based hydrogen production process has advantages such as mature technology,low cost,and ease of large-scale application compared with other hydrogen production processes.The alkaline electrolytic cell,as an important component in the alkaline water-based hydrogen production system,still needs to be further improved in terms of hydrogen production efficiency,operational safety,and overall preparation speed.By studying the structure and preparation methods of electrolytic cells,the parameter relationships among the number of electrolytic cells,total power,gas production,and effective electrolysis radius were summarized,simplifying the design algorithm.At the same time,key components and assembly processes such as plates,electrodes,and separators were studied,so as to further reduce manufacturing costs,improve equipment reliability and service life,and provide a reference for the continuous optimization of alkaline electrolytic cells.
