摘　　要：超声波流量计因其精度高、量程宽等特点,广泛应用于天然气贸易计量,长期以来主要依赖美国、德国等国家进口,近年来进口超声波流量计成本高、售后服务慢、配件采购周期长以及供应链风险较大等问题逐渐显现。以国产超声波流量计为研究对象,对其主要性能指标以及在现场的应用情况进行了分析,并对影响其计量稳定性的指标进行了评价,结果表明,国产超声波流量计最大计量误差仅为0.2%,精度误差、重复性等指标均达到了GB/T 18603—2023《天然气计量系统技术要求》的规定,已具备取代进口超声波流量计的技术和经济优势,具有广泛的应用前景。Ultrasonic flowmeters are widely used in natural gas trade measurement due to their high accuracy,wide measurement range,etc.They have long been imported from the United States,Germany,and other countries.However,the problems of high cost,slow aftersales service,long procurement cycles for spare parts,and large supply chain risks of imported ultrasonic flowmeters have gradually emerged.This paper mainly discussed the main performance indicators and on-site application of Chinese ultrasonic flowmeters and evaluated the indicators affecting its measurement stability.The results show that Chinese ultrasonic flowmeters have a maximum measurement error of only 0.2%,and the accuracy error,repeatability,and other indicators have met the requirements of GB/T 18603-2023 Technical Requirements of Measuring Systems for Natural Gas.They exhibit the technical and economic advantages of replacing imported ultrasonic flowmeters and have a wide range of application prospects.
