摘  要:2205双相不锈钢管采用氩弧焊打底、焊条电弧焊填盖的组合焊工艺进行单道多层焊接,以NB/T 47014—2023为基础,对接头进行常规力学性能试验分析,同时对接头的抗氢致开裂性能、耐点蚀性能、不同焊层的微观组织及相比例进行研究。研究表明,合理的焊接工艺和严格的过程控制,能够实现2205双相不锈钢两相比例控制,确保2205双相不锈钢单道多层组合焊工艺接头的力学性能、抗氢致开裂性能和耐点腐蚀性能符合相关标准要求。The combination welding process of argon arc welding for root and manual arc welding for filling was applied in single-pass multi-layer welding of 2205 duplex stainless steel pipe.Based on NB/T 47014-2023,the conventional mechanical properties of the joint were tested and analyzed.The hydrogen cracking resistance,pitting resistance,microstructure,and phase ratio of different welding layers of the joint were also studied.It is found that a reasonable welding process and strict process control can realize the two-phase proportional control of 2205 duplex stainless steel.2205 duplex stainless steel single-pass multi-layer combination welding process joint will be ensured to meet the relevant standards in terms of mechanical properties,hydrogen cracking resistance,and corrosion resistance.
