摘 要:双相不锈钢作为一种特殊合金,在海洋石油平台制造领域中因其卓越的耐腐蚀性能和机械强度而被广泛应用。然而,面对大管径和大壁厚的焊接条件,双相不锈钢管的自动化焊接工艺仍面临众多技术挑战。依托管钳式管道自动焊接设备,通过系统焊接试验确定了焊接参数与工艺,开展了一系列可靠性测试。结果表明,该自动化焊接工艺可显著提高焊接质量和生产效率,进而可为双相不锈钢管在海洋石油平台制造中的运用提供理论和实践参考。Duplex stainless steel,as a special alloy,is widely used in the manufacturing of offshore oil platforms due to its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.However,in the welding of pipes with large diameters and thickwalls,the automatic welding technology for duplex stainless steel still faces numerous technical challenges.In this study,based on automatic welding equipment of pipes with pincer-type clamps,the welding parameters and technology were determined through systematic welding experiments,and a series of reliability tests were carried out.The results indicate that this automatic welding technology can significantly improve welding quality and production efficiency.This research not only provides solid theoretical and practical support for the application of duplex stainless steel in the manufacturing of offshore oil platforms.
