摘　　要：目的将中文版儿童睡眠习惯问卷(children′s sleep habits questionnaire,CSHQ)引入ICU后患儿群体中,并检验其信效度。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年11月—2023年9月上海市某三级甲等儿童专科医院有ICU住院经历的240例患儿进行睡眠习惯调查,检验量表的信效度。结果量表总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.834,分半信度为0.703。探索性因子分析从CSHQ中共提取出3个公因子,因子载荷为0.536~0.911,累积方差贡献率达73.355%。各维度与总分的Pearson相关系数为0.334~0.818。结论中文版CSHQ在危重症患儿群体中信度良好、效度适中,今后可对CSHQ进行修订和改良,探索适用于我国文化背景下ICU后儿童睡眠问题的评估工具。Objective To introduce the Chinese version of the children's sleep habits questionnaire(CSHQ)into a group of children after intensive care treatment and test its reliability and validity.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 240 children with intensive care treatment hospitalization experience in a tertiary-level A children's specialty hospital in Shanghai from November 2022 to September 2023 for a survey on sleep habits to test its reliability and validity.Results The overall Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the scales was 0.834,and the split-half reliability was 0.703.Exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of 3 common factors from the CSHQ with factor loadings ranging from 0.536 to 0.911,and the cumulative variance contribution was 73.355%.The Pearson correlation coefficients of each dimension with the total score were 0.334-0.818.Conclusion The Chinese version of the CSHQ has a good reliability and moderate validity in the population of critically ill children,and the CSHQ can be revised and improved to explore an assessment tool applicable to children's sleep problems after intensive care treatment in the context of our culture in the future.
