摘　　要：本文通过对我国开展网约护士服务的背景、意义、相关政策、准入标准、资格认证、培训现状、需求和意愿以及培训和考核体系的构建和应用等内容进行综述,分析目前我国网约护士服务在准入标准、资格认证、培训和考核等方面存在的问题,指出未来研究和临床实践的发展方向,为不断完善网约护士服务的准入标准、资格认证、培训和考核的体系提供参考依据,以期促进网约护士服务的可持续发展。This article summarized the backgrounds,significance,relevant policies,access standards,qualification certification,training status,training needs,training willingness,training,and construction and application of assessment system of online nurses'service in China's Mainland,and analyzed the existing problems in access standards,qualification certification,training,and assessment of online nurses'service in China,and pointed out the development direction of future research and clinical practice,so as to provide theoretical evidences for constantly improving the access standards,qualification certification,training,and assessment system of online nurses service,and promote the sustainable development of online nurses'service.
