摘　　要：目的系统地收集国内外应用于老年慢性病患者护理服务评估的工具,总结及分析其开发过程、特点及应用情况。方法系统检索中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年6月13日。提取老年慢性病患者护理服务需求评估工具相关研究进行分析,采用范围综述的方法对检索内容进行汇总报告。结果最终共纳入符合文献12篇,5篇关于评估工具的开发与验证,7篇关于评估工具本土化及应用,共涉及8个老年慢性病患者护理服务需求评估工具。结论建议根据需求选择恰当的护理服务需求评估工具,更全面了解老年慢性病患者的服务需求,以便为后续护理干预提供参考依据,未来应进一步完善评估工具,并继续引入或研制本土化、全面、有效的老年慢性病患者护理服务需求评估工具。Objective To systematically collect the assessment tools of nursing services for elderly patients with chronic diseases at home and abroad,and to summarize and analyze their development process,characteristics,and application.Methods The Chinese and English databases were systematically searched from the establishment of the database to June 13,2023.The related studies on nursing service needs assessment tools for elderly patients with chronic diseases were extracted for analysis,and the retrieved content was summarized and reported by the method of scope review.Results A total of 12 articles were finally included,including 5 articles on the development and verification of assessment tools,7 articles on the localization and application of assessment tools,involving a total of 8 assessment tools for nursing service needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Conclusion It is recommended to choose the appropriate nursing service needs assessment tools according to the needs of the elderly patients with chronic diseases,to more comprehensively understand the service needs of the elderly patients,so as to provide a reference for the follow-up nursing intervention.In the future,the assessment tools should be further improved,and the local,comprehensive,and effective nursing service needs assessment tools for the elderly patients with chronic diseases should be continuously introduced or developed.
