摘　　要：目的综述头颈部肿瘤患者身体意象失调的现状、评估工具及影响因素。方法以Arksey和O'Malley提出的范围综述方法学为指导,检索Pubmed、Web of Science、Cochrance Library、Embase、Scopus、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库中相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023年11月13日。结果共纳入20篇文献,整合分析结果显示,头颈部肿瘤患者身体意象失调发生率较高,评估工具以普适性量表为主,影响头颈部肿瘤患者身体意象失调的因素包括人口学因素、疾病及治疗相关因素、心理及应对能力因素、家庭社会环境因素4个方面。结论头颈部肿瘤患者身体意象失调较为常见且受诸多因素影响,医护人员未来应加强对头颈部肿瘤患者身体意象失调的重视度,根据我国文化背景开发合适的头颈部肿瘤患者身体意象失调特异性评估工具,并依据相关影响因素为头颈部肿瘤患者提供针对性的评估与照护,以减少头颈部肿瘤患者身体意象失调的发生与发展,改善其生存质量。Objective To review the status quo,assessment tools,and influencing factors of body image disturbance in patients with head and neck cancer.Methods Guided by the scope-review methodology proposed by Arksey and O'Malley,the related research were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,Scopus,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM databases,and the search period was from the establishment of database to November 13,2023.Results A total of 20 papers were included,and the integrated analysis results showed that the incidence of body image disturbance was higher in patients with head and neck cancer,and the assessment tool was mainly universal scale.The factors affecting body image disturbance in patients with head and neck cancer included 4 aspects:Demographic factors,disease and treatment-related factors,psychological and coping ability factors,and family and social environment factors.Conclusion Body image disturbance is common in patients with head and neck cancer and is affected by many factors.In the future,medical staff should pay more attention to body image disturbance in patients with head and neck cancer,develop appropriate body image specific assessment tools according to China's cultural background,and provide targeted assessment and care for patients with head and neck cancer according to relevant influencing factors,in order to reduce the occurrence and development of body image disturbance in patients with head and neck cancer and improve their quality of life.
