摘 要:针对高NH4+-N废水难处理的问题,本文采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)为载体对活性污泥和市售硝化菌剂包埋,在反应器中分别考察活性污泥、硝化菌剂以及混合型包埋固定化载体对模拟高NH4+-N废水的脱氮性能。结果表明,在颗粒投加量10%、反应时间24h、温度30℃、溶解氧(DO)3mg/L、pH为8、包埋硝化菌剂量为3g条件下NH4+-N去除率最高,为93.92%。混合型包埋对TN去除具有协同作用,硝化菌剂2g,活性污泥1g包埋量下效果最佳,总氮去除率为90.68%,延长反应时间至48h后COD的去除率可达到72.3%。该混合体系对高NH4+-N废水具有较好的去除能力和稳定性,具有良好的应用前景。To address the problem of difficult treatment of high NH_4~+-N wastewater,this paper used polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and sodium alginate(SA)as the carrier for the activated sludge and commercially available nitrifying bacterial agent embedded in a reactor to investigate the denitrification performance of activated sludge,nitrifying bacterial agent,and the hybrid-embedded immobilized carrier on simulated high NH_4~+-N wastewater,respectively.The results showed that the highest NH_4~+-N removal rate of 93.92%was achieved under the conditions of 10%pellet dosage,24h reaction time,30℃,DO 3 mg/L,pH 8,and a dose of 3 g of embedded nitrifying bacteria.The hybrid embedding had a synergistic effect on TN removal,and the best effect was achieved with 2 g of nitrifying bacteria dosage and 1 g of activated sludge embedding,with a total nitrogen removal of 90.68%,and a COD removal of 72.3%after extending the reaction time to 48h.The mixed system had a synergistic effect on high NH_4~+-N removal,with a total NH_4~+-N removal of 90.68%.The mixed system has good removal ability and stability for high NH_4~+-N wastewater,and has good application prospects.
