摘 要:蒸汽管网在正常生产运行过程中,质量损失占全网总能量的20%左右,全面分析管网质量损失的影响因素,并采取有针对性的应对措施,是实现蒸汽管网节能运行的重要基础。本文结合某热电公司DN400、DN600蒸汽管网近几年的运行数据及现场情况,对影响蒸汽管网运行网损的因素进行分析,制定并应用了汽源参数精细化调控,管网分段切换优化及蛭石板隔热滑动管托支架,管网质量损失分段统计分析等综合性节能管控措施。实践结果显示,该热电公司蒸汽管网质量损失率从最初的12.6%下降至9.26%,节能效果显著。During normal production operations,steam pipe networks typically experience a mass loss that constitutes about 20%of the total energy across the network.A thorough analysis of the factors influencing this mass loss,coupled with targeted countermeasures,forms the cornerstone for achieving energy-efficient steam pipe network operations.Leveraging operational data and on-site observations from DN400 and DN600 steam pipe networks of a thermoelectric company over recent years,this paper conducts an analysis on the factors contributing to network losses in steam pipe network operations.Subsequently,a range of comprehensive energy-saving management and control measures have been formulated and implemented,encompassing precise regulation of steam source parameters,optimized segmented switching of the pipe network,the application of vermiculite plate insulated sliding pipe supports,and segmented statistical analysis of pipe network mass loss.Practical outcomes reveal that the mass loss rate of the steam pipe network in this thermoelectric company has decreased from an initial 12.6%to 9.26%,marking a notable achievement in energy conservation.
